Contractor assigned to customer to provide asset management focusing primarily on off lease recovery of all leased computers assets for locations across the United States. Daily responsibilities included providing support to IT Technicians on work orders, locating computers for recovery and off lease processing, provide customer support focusing on ordering and scheduling. Provide administrative support for Video Telecommunications for on site meetings with global affiliated offices.
