Budget $17M AOP with 12 employees located at each facility. Maintain all regulatory records and inspections to comply with State and Federal requirements. Responsible for key facility equipment such as chillers, air compressors. boilers, sub-stations, utilities, elevators, and HVAC systems. Facilitate safety committees and held the role of emergency response coordinator .QSI auditor on Corporate Safety Committee.
