Manage the day to day facilities & maintenance operations for 8 facilities for Cummins in Southern Indiana. The largest facility being over 1.4 million sq. feet. Budget $17M AOP with 12 employees located at each facility. Maintain all regulatory records and inspections to comply with State and Federal requirements. Responsible for key facility equipment such as chillers, air compressors. boilers, sub-stations, utilities, elevators, and HVAC systems. Facilitate safety committees and held the role of emergency response coordinator .QSI auditor on Corporate Safety Committee. Managed several cost savings projects with an estimated cost annual saving of $550 K.
