Performed the maintenance of a 60 unit landmark building.
Inspected facilities and equipment daily to determine the need for service.
When apartments were turn over personally executed the renewal paint jobs and repairs.
When gaining access to old units performed gut renovation by demolition & rebuilding the entire apt.
Also supervised the contracting of upgrading to the building .
New windows , new oil storage tank ,roof work striping pointing & masonry work ,
New motor room along with motors & cables & cab for freight and passenger elevators,
Electrical rewiring from two phase to three phase, and new meter room, each unit upgraded with GFI outlets.
new lobby & mail boxes , new gravity tank on roof.
Kept inventory & purchased building maintenance supplies, machinery, equipment etc.

Resided at 90 Laurel Hill Ter supervised the work ethic of one porter & one handy man
In a 88-unit two tower seven story building w/ two elevators and a subterranean garage of 38 cars.
As units were vacated I would renovate unit to become a dorm for YESHIVA UNIVERSITY.
With new kitchens & bathrooms new floors & fixtures also performed the same at 24-36 Laurel Hill Ter.
