This job was certainly a new venture for me to undertake. While working in this profession I have brushed up on my computer skills and customer service. I learned how to successfully manage my time with the many tasks I had with doing my job. This was and is still a wonderful learning experience for myself.

Being a substitute teacher was a wonderful and gratifying experience. I worked mostly with the lower grades of the elementary schools in the district. I learned patience and cooperation. In this job you have to follow the directions laid for you by the teacher you are subbing for, so I have great understanding of what it means to follow certain protocol for any job that I take on.
