As Senior Engineer, involved in thermal design of heat exchangers and heat transfer

equipments using HTRI, Aspen HTFS for enquiries and orders for several business

units. Development and study of new technology and products related to our product

line. Major projects are:

1. Thermal design of CO Boiler Economizer package for FCCU.

2. Thermal design of aptha overhead condenser.

3. Development and study of 3 phase separator.

As PGMT, Undergone training in machine shop planning, which involve in deep hole drilling

of tubesheet and drilling of baffles. Also have basic knowledge of fabrication of heat

exchangers and similar equipment and undergone 1 month basic fabrication training. Projects

undertaken:

1. Study of feasibility of water emulsified cutting oil in “Deep hole drilling” operation.

2. Design and fabrication of heat exchangers and pressure vessel.

3. Study and modifications in Deep hole drilling machine.
