Site Acquisition Coordinator – Special Assignment (Cerritos, CA)

 This assignment consisted of obtaining Memorandum of Lease Compliance: Acting lead for the resolution of two hundred (200) plus dated (Years 2001, 2002, and 2003) and non-recordable Memorandum of Lease agreements for new site build raw-land sites. Evaluated each site lease file, determined each file's reason for rejection by the county recorders, corrected or recreated the proper Memorandum of Lease (MOL) documents, worked with landlords to procure their acceptance and execution of the corrected MOL, and recorded the new MOL. Collaborated and met with local county recorders' offices to resolve MOL rejection issues, collaborated with the client's legal and real estate management to resolve leasing or legal issues, and supervised two individuals assigned to this effort. This assignment also included gathering information and preparing procedures for Site Documentation QC/CA Checklist and Compliance Packages for turnover from Site Acquisition. This effort consisted of constant training of the Subcontractors as well as in-house Site Acquisition team members.
