Job Description: Processing the UTI Mutual fund Redemption requests in Central Processing Zone (CPZ) Redemption Department.

Responsibilities:

Process the redemption requests in the Online.

Verifying the Investors redemption form vs Investor Purchase application forms.

Update the details like Change of Address & Bankdetails & correction of Investor names.

Verifying the Investor redemption form vs online database redemption amount/units and folio, name, coa, cob, moh and etc.

Correction the wrong process redemption transactions like Wrong redemption amount/units, wrong folio process and wrong name updation.

Solve The Critical Transactions Like Poa, Affidavit, Minor, Death Claims, High Values.

Reject the Transactions like Snt, Joint Holder, In-Proper Document Submission and Many more.

Providing Allocation to my team mates and also providing Funding cases mail to funding department and concerned process manager along with user & Branch wise Reports.
