Created industry approved Business Resiliency Plans and Business Impact Analysis across nine global banking divisions. Developed procedures to ensure the organization can respond to a disaster so that critical business functions can be resumed within a defined time frame. These procedures were successfully tested during recovery from multiple live crisis events without loss of revenue. Planned and coordinated approximately four major simulation exercises each year involving all critical business units, applications, external vendors and corporate clients. Maintained regulatory and internal compliance through annual testing. All annual Interagency White Paper audits have passed each year without issue.
