Past years, I was the coordinator for our discipline program (planning center coordinator). Planning instructional time and implementing those plans were my main responsibilities. I was the Textbook Chairman, which placed me in charge of ordering and processing ALL book orders for 1150+-member school. I was head of the Math Dept. I consistently ran at or below 1-% delinquency on accounts under my responsibility. I had to be a counselor and negotiator to the clientele, while keeping the company’s best interest at the forefront. I handled litigation needed to resolve any account. Implementation of creative solutions, satisfying the proper and timely receipt of balances due, was a skill that I acquired with practical thought and common courtesy towards others.
