• Successfully managed three separate EHR “Meaningful Use” deployments for CHS meeting all targeted go-lives and deliverables.

• Manned the Go-Live Support center at seven other go-live implementations.

• Only Project Manager to upload 100% of the sixty-four project deliverables to Project Web Access.

• Over a seven month period my team reduced the average number of go-live issues from 40 to 5.

• The MountainView Regional Medical Center team was so good; we experienced zero go-live issues.

• Managed a group of twenty information systems professionals including analysts, programmers, DBAs and system administrators.

• Maintained and enhanced more than twenty intranet web sites.

• Developed the Finished Goods Inventory software to eliminate nightly batch routines and make data available in real time.

• Developed web-based corporate organization charts with photos using TimeVision software. This saved the company $125,000 per year in chart creation costs.

• Resolved an Oracle database issue one evening at home which saved about $400 in consulting costs.

• Administered the analysis, design and development of SQL scripts used to purge old database information. This resulted in shortening the conversion time by 83% thus saving the company $7,000,000 in potential lost sales revenue.

• Executed the development of an enterprise Work-In-Process (WIP) tracking application to replace a complex application. As a result we reduced mistakes, improved user satisfaction and increased product throughput by 75%.

• Coordinated the corporate Y2K efforts resulting in zero issues during the transition to the year 2000.

• Selected and implemented a Computervision CAD/CAM system for mechanical engineering design.

• Wrote a program to automatically design an angular contact ball bearing by simply entering basic parameters. This reduced the engineering design and drafting process from ten hours to 15 minutes per design.

• Designed the engineering drawing formats that automatically filled in the title block.
