• Successfully managed three separate EHR “Meaningful Use” deployments for CHS meeting all targeted go-lives and deliverables.

• Developed the Finished Goods Inventory software to eliminate nightly batch routines and make data available in real time.
• Developed web-based corporate organization charts with photos using TimeVision software. This saved the company $125,000 per year in chart creation costs.
• Resolved an Oracle database issue one evening at home which saved about $400 in consulting costs.
• Administered the analysis, design and development of SQL scripts used to purge old database information. This resulted in shortening the conversion time by 83% thus saving the company $7,000,000 in potential lost sales revenue.
• Executed the development of an enterprise Work-In-Process (WIP) tracking application to replace a complex application. As a result we reduced mistakes, improved user satisfaction and increased product throughput by 75%.
• Coordinated the corporate Y2K efforts resulting in zero issues during the transition to the year 2000.
