The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for all aspects of patient retention in assigned geographical territory. Utilizes networking and various communication tools to attract both new and former patients. Acts as primary point of contact for assigned patients to provide information on both internal company and external industry products and services. Works in collaboration with clinical care teams, reimbursement department and sales group to ensure comprehensive and best in class sales and service.

Job Requirements

* At least 6 months call center experience within the Banking/Credit Union Services industry strongly preferred

* Ability to use a Windows based personal computer and have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

* Must be available to work a shift within the hours of 6am – 8pm Monday through Friday and 9am – 3pm Saturdays

* Experience using the Symitar Data system is a plus

Customer Service Representative Job Descriptions:

* Assist customers regarding their orders and other customer related issues via emails or by phone

* Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner

* Reply customers email and assist with order issues

* Keep tracks of customer records through company’s in house computer systems

* Responsible for completing orders with full accuracy via direct data entry

* Handles charge back issues and package info with mail carrier

* Provide full customer support to clients

* Complete follow through on all projects

* Perform any and all duties assigned by Supervisor
