Senior Thesis: The Effect of siRNA on the Development of Lung Cancer. siRNA is currently being investigated as a possible therapeutic agent in antiviral therapy as well as gene cancer therapy. Although they may be a potential therapeutic agent, there are still many challenges that must be overcome. This paper discusses experiments that have been performed using siRNA as well as the problems that have been encountered.
