In my tenure in business and law, I have become a subject matter expert in the area of Contracts, Business Terms, and Negotiations. With civilian and military experience, I bring a wealth of unique and extensive, high level leadership experience and excellent public speaking skills. As the Director I am responsible for daily operations of C&N Dept., and supervisor or a staff of four. Huawei Technology is the second largest supplier and manufacturer of telecommunications/wireless equipment, modules, and handheld devices in the world. Current responsibilities are overall contract responsibilities negotiations, management, and reviewing. Recent successful negotiations include $1 Billion USD master agreement with an online retailer, and multiple multimillion dollar IT related agreements with an e-commerce retailer. Upwards of 80% of the agreements that I management and negotiate include OEM’s, Distributors, Vendors, Carriers, Testing, Applications, and E-commerce. I work directly with Account and Product Teams to ensure contractual accuracy and to offer advice for working with their POC. Additional areas of expertise include exploring market trends, analyzing cost effectiveness, market share, and direct contact with customers to facilitate continuity. Additional responsibilities include team building oversight for various projects, and preparations for TL9000 Audits and continued compliance.

MILITARY EXPERIENCE - Army National Guard (Reserve Status)
As a Certified Behavioral Health Specialist with OIF combat experience, I was personally responsible for assisting in the managerial responsibilities of the BH clinic, providing counseling and supportive therapy to 3500 Iraqi Detainees and Coalition Forces with personal, behavioral, and psychological problems. In addition to my duties, I initiated and received approval for an Occupational Support Group (Anger Management and Stress Relief) for Coalition that provided a positive and safe outlet to discuss personal and occupation problems as well as learn coping techniques. Other responsibilities included collecting and recording psychosocial and physical data, assists with care and treatment of psychiatric, and drug / alcohol patients.
