Company’s main activities: Sales and Marketing of Microchips Assembly Services. Company is a subsidiary of Malaysia incorporated company that has a sales turnover of over US$380 million in 2010. Sales through the US company accounted for more than 60% of the parent’s overall worldwide sales.
Expanded the Company’s operations to four branch offices, i.e. in Los Angeles, San Jose, Dallas (Texas) and Boston (Massachusetts).
Implemented new accounting systems and internal control procedures.
Developed the proper financial statements and implemented the consolidation of the accounts with the Parent Company’s accounts
Created and implemented the Employee Handbook covering all aspects of expense procedures, payroll, health and dental insurance, disability insurance, travel insurance, retirement plans, discrimination and sexual harassment policies.
Created and implemented the company’s accrued vacation policy according to US and California labor laws.
