• During First tenure on completion of training, in a war establishment, I was put in as an Accounts Clerk. Army accounts clerk is multiple tasked, time oriented and challenging position comprising of administration of public fund (procurement of material for training), Imprest fund (Salary of 800 personnel, Provident fund), and regimental (Local funds contributed by defence and unit soldiers), Officers Clubs, CSD Canteen. The complete budgeting, correspondence, demand, procurement, book keeping, submission of reports and return to higher formations.

• Based on the best performance, I was transferred to Another War establishment which was newly established. The person who is potential and capable of opening a best system of accounting only will be posted such a new organisation who has adequate acquaintance with the rules, regulation and procedure. I proved my ability and recommended for promotion to next step (Naib Subedar).

• On completion of the tenure their I was transferred to a Training establishment as Accounts Section Assistant cum Assistant Admin Officer. The establishment imparts Engineering trade training to 3000 soldiers in various discipline. Responsibilities in this organisation is of very high degree and systematic with regarding to industrial norms. My knowledge and ability benefitted the organisation in modernisation of engineering workshops. Modern tools and equipment which could not be procured for more than 10 years was finalised and purchased at my initiation and well appreciated by all and recommended for the next step of promotion to Subedar.

• At my last 2 tenures I had served as Office Superintendent in Military Engineering service and which includes the duties and responsibilities of complete administration of 5 sub division offices and engineering projects of around 5 Crores per month.
