Execution, Inspection of Unit piping & inspection of vendors and incoming materials at site.

Witnessing for Sand Blasting, Profile checking as per SIS 055900. Peel test, Holiday Detection test, Pigging, Gauging, Pneumatic & Hydrostatic test, Dewatering, Swabbing, Drying, nitrogen purging and commissioning.

Review & Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), Weld Repair Procedure, and Weld maps as per ASME-SEC-IX, Stringing Procedure, Field Joint Coating & Painting Procedure, Hydro-test Procedure, Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection Formats, Daily & Weekly Progress Reports, Quality Procedure Manual and Quality Audits as per Codes & Technical Specifications of Tender Documents.

Conducting & Monitoring Welders Performance Qualification Test, Hydro-test, Pneumatic Test, Destructive & Non-Destructive Tests like UT, RT & DPT, Holiday Test, Peel Test, Interpretation of Radiographic Films as per API-1104, ASME SEC-VIII DIV-1.

Inspection of Medium density Polyethylene gas underground pipeline and G.I.,M.S.,Cu wall piping system as per IGE/TD3, ANSI B31.8, British Gas GEB/DIS/3, 4, 5 and BG code of practice, monitoring all Engineering activities of the contractors during trenching, backfilling, testing, purging, Commissioning of these pipeline. Review of Quality related documents, Micro Plans, Daily and Weekly Progress reports of Various Project Sites.

Stage wise Inspection of Steel Welded Storage Tanks (Fixed / Floating Roof) during fabrication and Erection. Preparation and approval of Weld maps, Weld Repair Procedure and Hydro-test Procedure. Installation of piping with ref. to P & I Diagram. Interpretation of Radiographic Films. Stage- wise Inspection of Fitments and Weld Joints, Pressure Vessels, Steel Pipes, Valves and Instrumentation items of SS, AS, CS as per Quality Assurance Plans at Vendors Works. Review of

Final Inspection Reports and given dispatch clearance.

Piping rectification and Modification works due to process reasons. Mechanical completion & Documentation for plant hand over to client

Preparation & checking of Billing as per Billing format, rate of schedule, scope of work, general and Special condition of contract given in the Tenders Commercial documents & also material recons elation during closing of the project.
