Senior Input Processor
My job required me to receive all incoming work orders for Installation, De-Activation, Reactivate and Relocations from various Organizations for telephones. I worked with the contractor by processing, submitting and following up on all work orders ensuring they were completed in a timely manner. I also received all completed work orders from the contractor for process of payment. I maintained a spread sheet that had to be completed on a daily basis which contained all the work orders that had been submitted by the TCO (Telephone Control Officer). I assist customers with minor problems by trouble shooting the situation over the phone. I’d submit trouble tickets on the ones I couldn’t resolve over the phone in our TMS (Telephone Management System). I processed, handed out and ordered Calling Cards for various Organizations.
