The work involved collecting, verifying, maintaining, and administering control on all basic property accountability documents of stock record accounts (SRA) for the Depot Accountable Officer and Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO).
Processed requests for supply issues handled on exception basis. Reviewed stock balance records to determine availability of requested materials and equipment. Considered substitute or interchangeable items and excess materials to fill requests or determined feasibility of local purchase for acquisition. Input transactions via automated system. Inquired data system to determine status of requisitions, material in litigation, etc. Reviewed daily output data listings noting undesirable conditions and taking appropriate action to resolve. Researched rejected receipts, resolve discrepancies and reprocesses or takes/recommends other corrective action.
