- Participated in the programming/production of 2 industry conferences, “Oil & Gas Reserves: New SEC Reporting Rules”, a 2-day conference with a $20,000 program budget and 30 attendees, and “Frac School”, a 5-day conference with a $33,000 program budget and 30 attendees.
- Collaborated with industry leaders to organize planning committees, recruit conference sponsors, and engage guest speakers; formulated and presented program budgets to Board of Directors for approval; arranged logistics and supervised conferences on-site in seven cities across the U.S. and Canada.
- Established style guidelines for all event communications and marketing collateral; led creative team in the production of all advertising materials; developed and executed multimedia marketing campaigns; secured coverage in the American Oil & Gas Reporter and the Oil & Gas Journal.
