JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Maintain a high level of stock control by preventing loss of items through efficient stock administration and by following all security procedures.
• Check off all deliveries when they arrive in the stockroom in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring that deliveries tally with paperwork and passing all paperwork with any shortages, overage or damaged items clearly highlighted to the appropriate Admin. Department.
• Unpack all deliveries putting stock in the correct location ensuring stock is safely stored and easily accessible.
• Maintain an accurate knowledge of stock and its location
• Supply stocks to the shops on a regular basis and advising the Manager of unavailable stocks.
• Liaise with stock managers regarding their deliveries.
• Pack up and have ready for collection all damaged and excess stock, transfers and internal mails.
• Pack and have for collection all stock that are to be returned to suppliers and ensuring all paper work is completed accordingly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Accurately received incoming deliveries and ensured that they are distributed to the correct department in a safe and timely manner.
• Prepared and issued beverage, stores and equipment requisitions on a daily basis.
• Processed the deliveries and requisitions as necessary followed purchase ledger and stock control procedures.
• Received deliveries incoming to the property and ensured that the delivery notes/details are accurate, that accompanied paperwork is signed and retained and that the delivery is then passed to the appropriate department.
