Senior IT Project Manager
Led project team in infrastructure improvements with overall responsibility for all installations, upgrades and technical activities throughout the United States.
Managed the project portfolio which controlled the implementation of over 150 projects annually. Typically involving changes within the corporate and branch structure that included new operations, expansions and reconfigurations, which resulted in doubling the operations capacity.
Implemented infrastructure changes in voice technology that upgraded traditional key systems and PBX’s to an integrated network using VOIP technology. This led to a 15 percent reduction in overhead and system maintenance costs.
Enhanced the data network circuit infrastructure by replacing all frame relay circuits with MPLS circuits. This reduced the overall operational cost by 35 percent.
