Responsibilities and Duties:
• Award winning enlisted recruiter, health professions recruiter, trainer, recruiting team supervisor,
operations supervisor, production superintendent and superintendent of training/marketing.
• Extensive experience and technical expertise in team building, motivating, training and mentoring high
performance recruiting teams to achieve mission objectives “Top Flight Chief” for mid-America region.
• Developed, scheduled and performed sales and leadership seminars for recruiters and recruiting
supervisors using training visits, seminars/webinars, conferences and workshops.
• Organized and maintained networking relationships with agency partners, including educational
institutions, Chamber of Commerce, student clubs/organizations, veteran’s organizations, radio/television
media, professional sporting organizations, local businesses and military installations.
• Expert at Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access and Power-point. Maintained, organized and prioritized
computerized client and prospect databases to ensure lead refinement and excellent customer service.
• Adept at budget administration, resource allocation, safety enforcement and accident investigation.

• Created and executed new “Quick-Ship” procedure benchmarked and implemented command-wide
saving approximately $300,000 in processing costs annually. Developed project management model
using geographic “Hub and Spoke” recruiting office design offering potential savings of two million
dollars for office space, real estate, personnel and government vehicle expenses.
• Successfully recruited enlisted, officer and health professions candidates for the Air Force using the
telephone, mail, school/institution visits, hospital visits, group presentations, professional association
presentations, media events, television/radio interviews and career fairs.
• Developed and implemented plans, policies and procedures for training, marketing and recruiting success
of 8 regional superintendents, 63 area supervisors and 500 recruiters in an area spanning 17 states and
792,000 square miles. Region was number one of three Groups in production programs.
