Project MEP Superintendent (Contract position)

Manage wide range of private/public sector and military projects nationwide in the

$2.5M-$4.5M range. Responsible for up to 15 personnel and subcontractors. Supervised

installation of HVAC, Fire Alarm Renovations and Upgrades, Computer Server

installation, State of AZ. Capitol Building and Public school system of AZ.

LANG WYATT CONSTRUCTION, Tucson, AZ 2006-2007

Project Superintendent

• Managed a $4.4M project constructing a 30K sf. office, warehouse and equipment facility on a

17 acre site for the Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative. Project was

completed on schedule and within budget.

$2.5M project renovating for Hemo-Dialysis ward inside Tucson VA Hospital $2M

project constructing a Catheterization Lab inside the Tucson VA Hospital. The VA

Hospital projects involved use of clean-room concepts and protocol for units and

laboratories'! $4.5M government project constructing student dormitory, remodeling existing

Administration building for Department of Education.. Supervised renovation of

Project Manager

$500K construction project with a major focus on building a natural rock Tribal Council

Hall utilizing native materials with extensive cultural importance. Worked with tribal

members to coordinate construction supplies for this project, which was completed in 9

months.
