Unit Administrator Duties:
You will perform a variety of technical, analytical, advisory,
liaison, and coordinating duties for the Unit Commander or Supervisory Staff Administrator in accomplishing the overall functions of a US Army Reserve unit. You will review incoming directives, policies, and instructions and provide advice on those affecting the unit; set priorities; assign, distribute and review work of others; monitor preparation for inspections and staff visits; manage unit publications; and ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls. You will also manage unit and individual training; interpret training policies and training regulations; provide advice on mobilization planning and issues; manage personnel, finance and automated systems activities; process and review personnel and military pay actions; and perform extensive record management duties. In addition, you will manage a variety of unit programs, such as supply management, food service and/or maintenance.
