• Design detailed engineering and preparation of Work Orders related to F2 (Distribution Cable) conditioning design using Bently micro station (Ares, Ares Microstation) Software and different job aid Software (MIC, FEI, MET, SLI).

• Verify Fielders notes and Pictures necessary for deciding if business terminals qualify for F2 conditioning.

Specific duties included:

• Responsible for the supervision and control of contractors activity over Installation/ termination/splicing of Williams communication fiber optic cable, make sure that this are within Williams communication established splicing specification and standard - Make sure that everything is ready (Materials, Racks, Panel, FDP, MOPS, etc.) prior to termination at Williams POP/Regent/ OpAmp sites and splice point.

• Oversee and review parameter testing/pre-acceptance of newly installed fiber optic cable (Pigtail test, splice loss, reflectometer, end to end attenuation tests) for Williams Engineer review and acceptance.

• Make documentation of fiber assignment, splice location(GPS) and project accomplishment report, daily and weekly report and submit to Williams communication Project Manager, Area Superintendent, Engineer and Spread Supervisor for their review and references.

• Read and Interpret Engineering plan needed for the accurate execution of the design project.

Project Engineer/Inspector. As a Supervisor at the Inter-office Engineering department, directed a team of in house personnel involved in company’s expansion Projects. These projects were a multi-year World Bank-financed program for the expansion and digitalization of telecommunications throughout the Philippines. Duties as a supervisor included:

• Design engineering plans of PLDT different outside plant projects (Manhole and Conduits design, Fiber Optic and Copper feeder and distribution cable design, Fiber to the Loop, Fiber to the Curb projects).

• Responsible for the direct supervision, administration and control over the activities of assigned projects.

• Plans, organizes, directs, controls and oversees the effective and efficient execution or implementation of PLDT outside plant, civil works, and building projects so that these shall be within the established engineering specification and standards, budgeted cost and projected schedules.

• Perform commissioning and acceptance, on-site testing of equipment.

• Evaluate test results and recommend corrective measures when unacceptable test results are observe.
