• Currently managing systematic closure of 50 Cox Auto Trader/Auto Mart markets across the country within five months. • Managed a team of 10 programmers, systems analysts, testers, documentation specialists and administrative/clerical support personnel tasked with the development of automated advertising systems. Facilitated development of tools to convert a paper-intensive and photograph-based ad order and processing system to a fully automated program that was subsequently rolled out to 85 markets nationally. Served as key facilitator during the roll-out process.

• Managed proprietary software development, implementation, support and end-user training on myriad new applications and existing application upgrades for a major national network of over 2000 staff. Provided creative digital manipulation and information management tools to support customer service, sales, visual design/composition, print set-up/production, administration and data storage disciplines.
