Project Lead for the CMG (Commercial Management Group) East LAN migration
Converted over 200 users in over 20 locations from Wachovia LAN to
Wells Fargo’s new Business Banking LAN in a time span of 6 months and
a budget of $500K.
Mercury Pro Pilot
Project Lead for a low cost/low scope real-estate valuation product to be
used for routine administration for loans secured by commercial real-state.
Created Project Plan, lead a pilot kickoff meeting, and worked with team
to run reports on a weekly basis for a two month period to make a
professional go/no go recommendation to upper management.

Technical Project Manager:
I was Project Manager for a mission critical application with a budget of $4.5-
$5.0 million, spanned 18 months, and had 25 team members at its critical points
using the agile methodology. The project team consisted of business owners,
architects, developers, QA, and business analysts and the project sponsors
were the CIO and VP of Sales and Marketing.
Worked closely with Director of Project Management to develop full scale
Project Plans.
Prepared New Sprints for 3-4 week cycles:
- Create tasks, assigning work to team.

Programmer Analyst:
Primary role was to resolve advanced production system issues managed
through our production support center. The role was required to provide direct
support for escalated research analysts, help desk analysts, and vendor service
bureau analysts to diagnose problems.
Development work, including coding fixes, developing system diagnostic tools
and the design and implementation of system enhancements. Participated in the
software development life-cycle process to design, develop, code and implement
applications.
Exercised judgment to design scalable architecture that supports a breadth of
features and integration with other applications.
Other Roles:
Worked with a team on building 4 new test environment servers from scratch in a
timely manner to help assist developers and testers with their work. These test
environments greatly helped reduce the amount of errors moving into production.
Used Secret Agent and WinPT to manually encrypt/decrypt secure files received
from our clients when needed.
Lead IT Operation Liaison – all departmental issues came to me and I would
escalate the issues to the correct people and alert the company on any urgent

Company Developer:
Maintained code to provide accurate vehicle insurance rates based upon
internal and external requests and company submitted insurance manuals.
Communicated with insurance company representatives to clarify
ambiguity and contradictions in the manuals.
Quality Assurance Tester:
Created highly complex spreadsheets to compare with the rated quotes to
be certain that total premiums for all coverage match to the penny.
Reported all system/code bugs to the programmers and help assisted
