General Manager and chief operator of large format dancehall and nightclub. Responsible for all aspects of business including employee recruiting and training, payroll and benefit administration, ordering and inventory management, customer relations and new client development, marketing and strategic planning, competitive market analysis, as well as all financial activities including profit and loss tracking and forecasting, account statement balancing and reconciling for a 25-employee and $150K/month operation.
Further duties include HR administration, conflict resolution, vendor management, budget analysis, and DJ & music coordinator.
Ordained Minister – Service beginning in 2004
General Ministerial Duties included both performing ceremonies for weddings, baby dedications, baptisms, funerals, and the facilitation of counseling services for individuals, marriages, families.
Family Ministry Pastoral responsibilities included managing all aspects of the ministry, ranging from early elementary ages, through middle, junior and senior high school students, dedication to personal follow-up required in nurturing the moral and spiritual development, coaching, and counseling of students, to benefit both students and their families.

Staff Associate Pastor duties included the oversight of Elementary, Middle, and High School ministries. Due to economic changes the church closed their doors and ceased to operate at the end of 2008.

Additional Worship Pastor Responsibilities included again the effective use of strong leadership skills used in managing a team of 13 volunteers in all aspects of preparation for each Praise Service. These duties ranged from the administrative management of scheduling rehearsals, purchasing necessary materials, and coordinating plans with fellow ministerial leaders, to the musically gifted and creative aspect of musical arrangements, and the ability to play instruments.
Delegate to the Southern Baptist Texas Convention chosen to represent the church in the process of drafting and deliberation of various issues and policies, and voting on amendments as applicable, as a voting church member.

(2000-2004) CPE Technical Sales Specialist/Convergence Sales Manager: Management level marketing position responsible for the acquisition and retention of customer base in the North TX SPC footprint. Duties as Product Specialist focused on Nortel Networks and Avaya voice customer premise equipment (CPE), call center hardware and software as well as development and deployment, IVR design and integration, large scale PBX/Key System hardware deployment, VOIP/IP Telephony implementation.
Additional responsibilities included product demonstration, customer relations, as well as teaming with others in product development, management, and distribution.
