Client: Royal Dutch Shell (07/08 to 11/08)

Project: Shell Springboard Transition to T-Systems

Role: Project Manager

Managed an outsourcing initiative with Shell in Houston TX; successfully transitioned 140 employees from Shell to T-Systems. This 5 month project also included facilities management and new IT equipment roll-out for all the new resources. This was a Global effort and Houston was the first office to be successfully transitioned and moved into their new facility.

Project: Volkswagen Routan Parts Program

Role: Project Manager

Managed a Parts Supply Chain Program for the new Volkswagen Routan; this was a project that was primarily focused on SAP, which included Material Master, FI/CO, Distribution, Customs, Claims, and Forecast & Ordering changes. The program consisted of a team of over 50 resources, 15 total projects and a budget over $2,000,000. This project was successful because Volkswagen had to go from being a Parts importer, to a Parts exporter, with parts being shipped to Mexico and Canada. Successfully managed 3rd party vendor relationships between Chrysler and UPS Trade Management.

The project was heavily engaged in Mainframe and Data Warehouse changes. The overall project budget was $700,000 and had a team of 20 resources.
