Current Qualifications as an Intern at Wyse Technology, Inc.
Wyse Partner Portal Authorizations (everyday) 6 hrs.
• Check to see if there are any partners trying to access the Wyse Partner Portal
• Contact ISR's in region for approval.
• Once that is done, go to sf.com and add user to Deal Reg on Vartopia. If company is not listed add entire company and their external ID, partner level, etc. then the user.
• Fix pending approvals for clients who are having trouble logging into their account contact ISR's and sometimes the customer himself/herself to figure out what the problem is.
SFDC - Tasks (everyday)
• Checking and resolving emailed tasks from ISR’s.
• Acknowledge pending tasks from ISR's who are involved with other clients who need authorization.
• Respond to all queries and checking accounts to see partner level and previous deals.
Sky’s the Limit (ongoing) 3 hrs.
• Sky’s the Limit request comes in email, see amount being requested to RSM’s and VP’s of that region.
• Send an email to Channel Marketing dept along with VP and RSM’s of that area for approval on event or fundraiser (Ex: Opp-Reg).

• Research and recommend what to purchase for giveaways.
• Contact vendors and research for new giveaway ideas we can offer to our prospective clients under given sum.
• Create Purchase Requisition for Wyse and vendor management.
• Involve Corporate Marketing in approval of proof once PR has been received by vendor.
• Create a PR for giveaway items and facilitate shipment.
Purchase Requisitions for Events, STL, and Giveaways 4 hrs.
• With approvals and quote fill out necessary information and get authorizations from high-level employees and directors.
• Keep track of PO’s that are generated until we receive the shipment needed.
Leads (ongoing) 4 hrs.
• Grab raw data from events we were involved in from partner websites or sent through email.
• Facilitate into Microsoft Excel and fix information to load as a campaign on salesforce.com.
• Generate leads and then send an email out to all of the top RSM’s, ISR’s, Inside sales team in that region to follow up on.
• In charge of loading leads from events such as VMware Knowledge Seminar Series, VMware Forums, Citrix, etc.
Contracts when needed as support 2 hrs.
• Fill out all contractual information regarding events that have a “first come first served basis”.
• Contact person in charge where event is taking place for additional things needed (EX: Telecommunications Form).
• When Enit and Chris are not there take contract to CFO’s to get entire contract checked for insurance, etc. and then receive their approvals.
• Fix any necessary last minute changes that may be deemed necessary at that moment.
• Make a PR with all contract information and follow up with Diane.
Note facilitator in weekly Channel Marketing meetings (Every 2-3 weeks) 30 min.
• Keep track of all necessary information and action plans for everyone involved in the dept.
• Send out emails after meeting with all necessary information.
Disti Supply Report (every Monday) 3 hrs.
• Raw data of inventory in 5 different files (Ingram, TD Canada, Tech Data, Arrow, and Synnex).
• Need to sort out and keep on a ledger for Jonas Brown so he is up to date with how much inventory we have of certain products we sell.

• With BO spreadsheet and FY12Q1 and Q2 spreadsheet, keep track of details regarding event.
• Check salesforce.com to see whether campaign is loaded and if dates of events are correct and if leads are loaded for event.
