I am entering my third year as a substitute teacher in numerous districts in central Ohio, grades K through 12. I have thirty years experience in business in various capacities, an undergraduate degree in Business with a major in accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. In order to be able to teach full time, I recently completed an Adolescent Psychology course and a Teaching Methods course to meet the State of Ohio requirements. I have a general substitute license, a Statement of Eligibility to teach Business Education courses and have applied for my long term substitute license. I enjoy working with young people and helping them accomplish the class objectives.

Responsible for preparation of $67 million budget, financial and administrative controls, forecasting, internal billing, compliance with corporate policies and alignment of business plans with results. Management reorganization and Corporate downsizing resulted in position elimination.

Responsible for conversion of pay grades to pay bands for all finance jobs, writing and editing job descriptions, evaluating and grading jobs, written and oral presentations of evaluations and researching and summarizing market data using outside surveys.
