Jan/2010 – nowadays – INVEST BRAZIL, INC. (San Diego, California, US)

(Multinational Investment Company port, with 50 employees and annual invoicing of US$ 10 million).

As Marketing and Sales Executive, I am responsible for the strategic planning of new business on the retail market, a start –up company. I elaborate and implement the working flow at the New Business and Marketing, including the supervision and interface with suppliers. As a buyer, I am responsible to control inventory, budget administration as well as for managing earnings.

July/2003 – 2009: DOUBLECARE Group/Brazil.

National company, rendering of services of Marketing and Branding – Consulting in Marketing and Integrated Communication applying strategic planning for large companies, national and multinational - with 10 employees and invoicing of US$4 million/year).

I was in charge of the Direction of the Strategic Planning, I have developed and implanted Marketing Integrated Projects for 03 brands, such as: Doublecare, Oralgel and On Nature. We launched in the cosmetics market - Mother & Baby, 05 products being: Dental gel Classic Doublecare, without fluorine, 04 flavors (only one in the market with 4 flavors), Oralgel Baby, without fluorine, flavor mix-fruits, Oralgel Kids, without fluorine, 03 flavors, Lanex, protective cream for breasts, Dermamon-free, cream against rashs and Pielsana - mix of 03 natural oils of anti-septic and anti-inflammatory action. As Planning Director I brought important customers’ accounts such as: COSMETIC LIPSON, CARBOGEL, INDUSTRIES EVERGREEN, PHARMACEUTICAL FORTSAN, ULTRONIC, among others.

March/2001 – May/2003: MKTOOLS -DDB – Marketing Promotional (OMNICOM GROUP)

(American multinational Company, rendering of services of Promotional Marketing -- campaigns of Marketing of sales incentive, Promotions to the final consumer, Sales Competitions, Merchandising, Sales Events and Conventions, Trade Marketing actions - with 60 employees and invoicing of US$ 25 million/year).

As a Partner and Vice-president I was responsible for the strategical planning, implantation and management of the Promotional Marketing Agency of DDB Group, in Brazil, within the concept of “START UP COMPANY”. I also formed and trained teams in the areas of Planning and Attendance, leading a total of 10 professionals.

I was in charge of the Planning of the company’s Annual Marketing, market research and Marketing Mix decisions, launching of new products, investments control, as well as result management. As Vice-president of planning I developed customers such as: AOL, TELEFONICA, PHILLIPS BRAZIL AND ROCHE.

Nov/1999 – Feb/2001: THE MARKETING STORE WORLDWIDE/ BRAZIL.

(American multinational Company, rendering of services of Promotional Marketing -- incentive sales Marketing, Promotions to the final consumer, Sales Competitions, Merchandising, Sales Events and Conventions, Trade Marketing actions - with 120 employees and invoicing of US$ 50 million/year).

As Senior Manager of Attendance, it led a team of 8 professionals and was responsible for the interface with companies/customers in the acquiring of “briefings”.

I was also in charge of planning, implantation and management of Sales Incentive Campaigns, Sales Events and Promotional, for the main Group of Accounts of the Organization, conquering companies/accounts such as: ELECTROLUX, CAFE DO PONTO, MPC - PRODUCTS FOR HYGIENE, ITAUCRED AND SPAL.

Aug/1990 - Jun/1999: PRÓINCENTIVE INCENTIVE & PROMOTION.

(Brazilian company, rendering of services of Promotional Marketing – Sales Incentive Marketing Campaingns, Promotions to the final consumer, Sales Competitions, Merchandising, Sales Events and Conventions, Trade Marketing actions and “PróWin Card” -- with 30 employees and invoicing of US$ 2 million/year).

As Manager of Planning and Marketing (Controlling Partner), it was responsible for the planning of the annual Marketing, market research, definition of the Marketing Mix, administration of budgets/investments, as well as for the management of the results. I formed and trained teams in the areas of Planning, Attendance, Creation and Production, leading a total of 46 professionals.

I was also responsible for the capitation of the largest Customers, guaranteeing 80% of the invoicing and conquering companies/accounts such as the KAISER BREWERIES, HEINEKEN BREWERIES, AVON COSMECTICS, NATURA, BANK OF NATIONAL CREDIT, COCA-COLA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, HEWLETT-PACKARD, RHODIA FARMA, ABRIL PUBLISHING COMPANY.

Leading the planning, implantation and management of projects for preferential Customers, highlighting KAISER where, during 4 consecutive years, I managed a budget of R$ 10 million/year, leading Sales Incentive Marketing Campaigns next to the distribution channels. As a result, the Customer observed an increment of the invoicing/year of the 8% -- being the original objective of company 5%.

Aug/1988 - July/1990: INCENTIVE HOUSE (GRUPO ACOOR / BRAZIL).

(French Multinational of rendering of services in Marketing – Sales Incentive Marketing Campaigns, Promotions to the final consumer, Events and programs of Customer Fidelity- with 80 employees and invoicing of US$ 100 million/year).

As a Senior Account Executive, I was responsible for the interface with Customer companies in the capitation of “briefings” for planning, implantation and management of Sales Incentive Marketing Campaigns, Promotions and Events, for the main group of accounts of the organization, guaranteeing net revenue of US$ 150.000/month. I conquered new Customers and set businesses with well-known companies and banks, such as: NATIONAL BANK, RBS, PHILLIPS ILLUMINATION, BASF, and 3M BRAZIL, generating gross invoicing of U$ 6 million/year.

As an Account Executive, I developed Customers such as ABRIL PUBLISHING COMPANY, WALITA, JOHNSON WAXES, MONSANTO and HEUBLEIN, generating an invoicing of U$ 3 million. I also participated of the special launching product of awarding in the national market (called “Top Premium”), coordinating from research, definition of pilot market, and definition of concepts of brands for advertising campaigns, to the management of launching events for opinion spreaders, Customers and the press.

Nov/1987 - Mar/1988: SALLES D ARCY ADVERTISING AGENCY.

(Large Multinational Advertising Company port, with 150 employees and annual invoicing of US$ 200 million).

As an Account and Attendance Representative Executive, I supplied assessor ship to the 35 Promotion and Advertising related agencies, having them as inner Customers supporting them for the Production of “job' s”. I was responsible for the capitation of “briefings” for the development of the work at Salles company, including new developments for packing layouts, merchandising, market research and planning of advertising campaigns.

I Also coordinated the interface among the related companies with the Radio/TV, research areas, Media, Creation and Production, managing of inner works, besides being responsible for the management of advertising campaigns and media for the BRAZILIAN TREASURY DEPARTMENT and the BRAZILIAN INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE.

I began as a Trainee, having had the chance to work in the inner support to all of the companies’ departments. I participated of a special project in the Attendance department (launching the deodorant line “Impulse”) and once I was hired I started to co-ordinate the planning of Advertising campaigns and Media Plans, taking care of Customers such as KODAK, WARNER LAMBERT, KELLOG' S and GIROFLEX. I also participated of the planning of Marketing actions for new businesses and was responsible for the timetable of execution of these actions, along with the Management of New Businesses.
