• Performed preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on F-16, C-130, C-17, 747, 787 and UAV avionics systems including VHF/UHF communications, GPS and tactical navigation aids, fire control radar and radar threat warning systems, flight controls and fuel systems as well as related electronic components.
• Performed overhaul of F-16, C-130, and UAV aircraft systems during phase inspections. Replaced, repaired, and troubleshoot system discrepancies.
• Traced signal data flow, isolated faults, interpreted system failures and repaired wire harnesses using wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, technical data and troubleshooting trees.
• Utilized test equipment such as TTU-205, PLM-4, JSECTS, multimeters, oscilloscopes, volt meters, flight control test stands, hydraulic testers and navigation testers to diagnose system issues.
