Extensive experience in all aspects of cutting edge human resource management including, recruiting, governmental compliance, employment litigation defense, motivational and culture change programs and wage and benefit administration.

Recruited, trained and managed a Human Relations staff of three professionals and two administrative associates. This staff handled all Human Resource services for fifteen Market Centers employing fifteen hundred employees at twenty locations throughout the West.

2005-2010: NORTH AMERICAN RECRUITING DIRECTOR working with UP WITH PEOPLE: a Ukrainian based Christian Charity.

DUTIES: Functioned as United States based recruiter for skilled educators and medical professionals who would work in remote areas of the Ukraine and Siberia to promote Christian values and supply much needed education and medical help for a largely neglected remote population.

2000-2011: UNITED STATES REPRESENTATIVE for EGYPT ARISE, a Cairo based group of Egyptian expatriates and student and non-student activists who worked toward furthering democracy in Egypt.

DUTIES: Developed relationships with Egyptian expatriate groups throughout the United States and Canada so that they could more effectively aid the democracy movement.

2009-2011: HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT working exclusively for Career Education Corporation, Hoffman Estates, IL

DUTIES: Implemented and administrated all Corporate Human Resource Policies and Procedures in the Schools and Training Facilities of the Health Education Division including twelve locations from coast to coast.

Trained the new Human Resource Manager in all aspects of Human Resource administration including the expedited staffing of over eighty positions.

2000-2008: DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES for the Western Region

DUTIES: Established a modern Human Resource Department of (5) five associates where none had existed before.

Developed and implemented a centralized recruiting program for field management associates as well as for Route Sales Representatives.

Developed management mentoring program for college recruited associates, which reduced turnover from seventy five percent to 38 percent after two years of service.

Established Division wide accountability for Human Resource related issues. This accountability was included in annual performance reviews and tied directly to bonus eligibility

Established FMLA, ADA, Title 7 and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs and administered them throughout the organization.
