I have been a Sub-Prime and Prime Finance Director For the past Twelve years. My position was to secure financing, capitalize on profit, and maintain funding efficiency. My other duties were to work closely with sales managers and finance managers. This was always an on-going process to achieve the same goal. Management, attention to detail, time management multi-tasking ability, great attitude, AFIP Certified, has given me the ability to succeed. Dealing with mortgage companies and banks in the loan modification field would be a great new adventure.
