1) Project Details : Gas Generator & Diffuser Assembly Components of – PW901A Engine
Responsibilities:
• Receiving the input, study Process Sheets & Tech Data received from the customer and estimation.
• Creating the 3D casting model with all new design changes requested.
• The CATIA models were created by using IPP as per PWC
requirements.
• Modeling of casting models by proper assumptions using snapshots wherever the dimensions are not available.
• Creating 3D machining model based on the process requirement using Integrated Process Planning for NC Programming.
• Creation of MOS sheets and Verification with the standard Checklists.
• Documenting the deviations, assumptions & changes incorporated, sending it for client approval.
• Client interactions in case of any doubts and queries & Data uploading.
• Quality checking of the complete Product Structure & MOS sheets.

2) Project Details : Liner Combustion Chamber, Turbine disc, Impellers, Hubs & Rotors for different engine families.
Responsibilities:
• Receiving the inputs, study of Process Sheets & Tech Data from the customer and estimation.
• Creating the Casting & Sheet Metal model for the Liner component.
• Extraction of dimensions from V4 fixtures for preliminary form operations of Liner parts.

3) Project Details : SAP Creation of Routings (Turbine disc & Cover parts)
Responsibilities:
• Creation of new routing.
• Merging /Uploading V5 MOS graphics and Routings in SAP.
• Merging the MOS sheets and upgrading the existing V5 data with new change number & Group counter in SAP.
• Create change number and Revision level.

5)Project Details: QRIS (Preparation of Quality Review Instruction Sheets for Diffuser & Gas gen parts in CATIAV5 and uploading in SAP )
A QRIS is required when a non-conforming product is to be re-processed by an approved repair procedure (QRIS) to restore it to an acceptable design equivalent and complying with manufacturing & quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Receiving inputs (Catia V4/V5 Model, Engg Dwg, Set of review instruction sheets & Fixtures) through FTP.
• Updating / remodeling the part as per the QRIS requirement.(as per the mark ups given by client)
• Refer Engineering drawings for any clarification during updation of CATIA models.
• Updating Old QRIS to the latest Standards.
• Graphics conversion from CATIA V4 to CATIA V5.
• Creating new set of Review instruction sheets.
• Creating a new QRIS for CATIAV5 sheets in SAP.
• Merging the CATIAV5 QRIS in SAP.

6) Project Details: FAI (First Article Inspection)
Responsibilities:
• Checking the completeness of the input package and informing of missing data if any to PWC.
• Study of inputs & sending the estimation for approval.
• Prepare a Document in MS Excel which has all the characters on the Engineering drawing with unique identification flag called flag number with same character’s sequence number & corresponding operation number from manufacturing operation sheets (MOS) of the part.
• Converting given V4 engineering drawing to V5 drawing.
• Prepare Engineering drawing with identification flag for every character in CATIAV5.
• Create flag numbers in SPD (Supplementary Product data file) using Pdf writer.
• Deliver Complete FAI document ,Flagged SPD file & flagged V5 engineering drawing as a single .dat file)
• Created FAI for the following part families
(Impellers, Rotors, Fans, Combustor Liners, Turbine Discs, gas gen & diffusers)

7) Project Details: Design of Composite panels Of Airbus-A400M Trailing Edge
Responsibilities:
• Design of composite panels for different parts of the aircraft wing such as Ailerons, Spoilers, Flaps etc.
• Creation of the DFM drawings for the composite Panels.
• Creation of Schematic Drawings for the composite panels to show the ply lay-up and ply orientation converting given V4 engineering drawing to V5 drawing.

8) Project Details: Creation of Installation Drawings for Fixed Trailing Edge of Airbus-A400M.

• Rear Spar assemblies for various Stages and versions were created.
• Fastener types and codes were calculated for various components coming in the assembly
• Installation drawing creation for A400M Fixed Trailing Edge for both C-Scheme & DFM models. This included the creation of installation drawings for each and every component of the FTE of A400M.
