CPU running 1.0-1.8GHz with 965chipset 2GB DDR2 SDRAM. 4 COM ports, 4 USB ports, video output, four 1000 base T Ethernet ports, two 1553 ports, 2 CAN ports. 4GB flashcard is using for OS booting and additional 4GB flash card is for data collecting. Linux is operating system. It’s good experience in running high level CPU with conducting heat flow up to 85C ambient temperature. In Production

Pentium M based high level network controller for fan less automotive application -40C - +85C ambient temperature. Pentium M CPU running 1.0-1.8GHz with 915chipset 2GB DDR2 SDRAM. 4 COM ports, 4 USB ports, LPT port, DVI-I video output, stereo audio output, 2 10/100 Ethernet ports, 2 CAN ports. 2GB flashcard is using for OS booting and additional 4GB flash card is for data collecting. WinXP or WinCE or Linux operating systems. It’s first experience in our company running high level CPU with conducting heat flow up to 85C ambient temperature. It’s totally new board design and packaging technology. Special heat conducting materials was provided. In production.
2. Magnet Monitoring and Control System. Sr. System Design Engineer.
MRI superconducting magnet parameters control and monitoring. XScale CPU running 400MHz, booting from 64MB Intel Strataflesh, 128MB SDRAM connecting to Ethernet network. 12 bit ADC converter multiplexing to 32 analog channels for data acquisition and 32 digital channels for control special devices. 64MB flash card is using for data collecting. WinCE operating system.
The big problem was production procedure for testing and parameters verification. It was developed totally automated test box what emulating each analog and digital channel. Maine unit and test box connecting together and through the serial port and testing software synchronizing these functions for verification. In Production. 3000 units per year.

1. Distributed Industrial Monitoring System. Sr. System Design Engineer
Industrial Health Monitoring System for real time monitoring industrial equipment included three levels:
Level One: Vibration, temperature, pressure, rotation sensors connecting through signal conditioner to data acquisition boxes and transmitted data using Bluetooth Wireless communication line to System Health Monitor. Each data acquisition box has two vibration channel inputs (High Speed Channels), four Low Speed Channels for temperature, pressure or any low speed outputs sensors and one input for rotation sensor.
Build in “Sharc” 32-bit DSP processor, 8MB Flash ROM, 16MB RAM, ARM7 32-bit communication controller, AduC812 8-bit low speed channels controller.
Full system included 32 vibration sensors, 48 temperature sensors, 16 pressure sensors
and 8 rotation sensors.
Level Two: System Health Monitors (SHM). It’s based on single board industrial computer, running Windows 2000, wireless communicating with data acquisition boxes and keeping data to database. Processor GEOD, 300MHz, 128MB RAM, 10GB 2.5” HDD, two Ethernet outputs, two USB ports.
Microsoft Access Database is using ODBC interface.
Level Three: PC Workstation with SHM network control software and EXAKT decision-making software package. In production.
2. WebRTU Sr. Design Engineer
The WebRTU is a complete solution for Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) applications requiring network access for remote monitoring and configuration of equipment and/or processes. WebRTU included integrated analog and digital I/O, turnkey application with basic RTU and remote monitoring functions.
WebRTU is based on StrongARM processor at 206 MHz. 16MB program memory, 32MB RAM. 32MB Compact Flash card; 128K Battery-backed up SRAM is provided for storage of retained variables during unplanned power loss and for storage of high-sample rate retained data.
Communications interfaces: 10/100 baseT autodetecting; integrated modem; RS-232 port; RS-485 port.
Integrated I/O ports: 8 digital inputs; 24V nominal; isolation (group) operation to 400Hz (counter); 8 digital outputs; 24V nominal @ 1A max per output (current limited) isolation (group); 2 analog outputs; both 1-5 VDC and 4-20mA outputs available for each channel; 12 bit resolution; isolated (group); 4 analog inputs; 12 bit resolution; isolated (group).
Standard expansion ports provided are: PS/2 keyboard & mouse; Touch screen (serial); LCD (digital direct drive); PCMCIA (one Type II slot)
Power supply 10-28 VDC input @ 900ma (isolated supply)

WebRTU is packaged in a standard NEMA 1 enclosure. DIN rail mounting.

Nuclear companies.
Designed and supervised design of variety of automatic instrumentation, control and
testing systems for Aerospace and Nuclear industry.
Developed a fast pulse electronic multi-channel data acquisition and data processing using
applicable software, operating in wide scale pulse repetition rates.
