Oversee human resource efforts for a 24-hour skilled nursing facility under the direction of senior management with considerable demand for independent judgment.
Supervise two staff positions for a facility with 250+ employees.
Responsible for the overall management of the HR department including organizational development, recruitment, employment compensation, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, Texas Worker’s Compensation claims, complaint and harassment investigations, new hire orientations, and HRIS system.
