Major Contributions:
• Client Facing Recruiter– for Charter in various parts of GA and the East Coast. I am responsible for managing the recruitment process for 45+ requisitions.
• High Volume Recruiting for Grainger in Plymouth, MN, Lincoln, NE and Elkhart/Muncie, IN. I am responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager and other office positions. I use various job boards, cold calling and other creative sourcing methods. Responsible for submitting 4 candidates per day.
• High Volume Recruiting for Clear Channel in Memphis, TN, Sacramento, CA, Atlanta, GA and Allentown, PA. I was responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing via job boards and cold calling for various Marketing, Media, Sales and Advertising positions.

HR Associate
Full cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, to include: sourcing through various job boards, referrals, advertising and networking. Review resumes, phone screen and schedule interviews with hiring managers and complete back end work. Establish/maintain relationships with vendors (staffing agencies) and coordinate all temporary and temp to hire needs. Prepare and maintain all HR paperwork for employees across 2 locations. • Develop standard operating procedures for temp labor request, which created a streamlined process for supervisors and managers.

Responsible for assisting with the closing of the pension program for ThyssenKrupp Elevator. Researched employee files for personal data and calculated pensionable earning amounts. Sent and received correspondence regarding termination of company pension plan.

On-Site Staffing Manager
Handled all staffing needs for an on-site client, maintained and build client relationships with on-site personal visits to all departments, not utilizing temp labor. Management 70+ employee’s on 2 shifts in relation to daily activities to include termination and other disciplinary actions.
