Mazda Ltd it ,s making steel furniture (Cupboard) for Godrej. Here I was working as a Eng. Paint Shop & I was worked till March 2004.

March 2004 to March 2006

In March 2004 I have Joined M/s. Jakson Group of

Company Ltd (Canopy Division) Daman, as a H.O.D

(Paint Shop ) from April 2004 till March 2006 This

group is manufacturing Generator for Industrial purpose. (15

KVA to

2000 KVA with soundproof enclosures). Here I have learned

erection and commissioning of powder coating plant. Plant is

installed by Intech Surface coating Ltd.,

Plant Details

Jakson is well equipped to manufacturing of Silent Diesel generating sets up 1200 KVA . In Machine Shop we have various Machines like Amada Punching 2 Nos. , Amada bending 2 Nos. , Hindustan Hydraulic Shearing Machine 1 Nos. 12 Nos. Co2 welding stations 6 Nos. , Grinding station. Automatic Powder coating Paint Shop with Pretreatment process Dip pretreatment 12 Stage Zn phosphate ( tricat ions) PLC Base Pretreatment transporter system, 24 Robotic powder coating guns with three Powder coating booth for multiple shade powder Coating. We have LPG fire Oven for backing of Powder coating . Automatic assembly lines of Diesel generating sets and enclosure etc . For testing of Genset we have Heater load bank . About lab and Quality assurance Every sub division has his own separate laboratory And Quality assurance team has his own laboratory and required Instruments tools and Tackles
