Responsible for the planning, management, training and development of sales team that services and sells both print and internet advertising products. Accountable for the attainment of advertising revenues in the assigned area while ensuring that all existing customers with advertising programs are handled prior to directory closing. Serve as expert to the team on products, tools, sales and technical skills. Provide guidance and support while developing sales reps skills through coaching, mentoring, training and counseling. Train, disseminate and communicate information to my individual sales team as well as to other teams located within the office. Assisted sales force with delivering internet advertising sales programs to customers and identifying potential sales opportunities. Supported sales staff additionally by handling customer service issues. Other duties included preparing presentations and training decks for sales meetings, monitoring and tracking sales results, and disseminating new information.
