Project managed the installation of 12 network nodes (9 domestic/3 international), Granite software, Cisco 2500 series routers and Sun Solaris work station running Netcool. Initial 15 cages expanded to 40 in Northern California and 100 in Southern California’ extended to 6 markets by first year and 22 markets within 18-months, trained 6 Collocation Managers and published Collocation guidelines. Developed and refined 6 Bill of Materials (BOM’s) for collocation cage designs and assisted in the Requirements gathering for automating the process for collocation from application to cage turn up.
