Directed the HR activities for over 38 employees as well as conducted performance reviews. Administered the benefit program, included annual review of benefits and enrollment. Handled all aspects of payroll including direct deposit, payment and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll taxes. Prepared the budget, analyzed company performance and made recommendations for changes. Responsible for all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including approving credit application and account collection. Performed the month end close and financial reporting for 3 separate companies.
