Operate both P6 Primavera and P3.1 plus Primavera Risk Analysis along with Microsoft Project software. My PMP overview Training allows me to understand clearly the breakout of the scope and the tracking of the work to its sub accounts. 2/18/ 2009 - 8/06/10 Sr. Planner Scheduler/Cost Controls
Sub Sea Tool Schedule Preparations and Controls planning, as well as Cost Tracking for the ($100 M ) Pazflor Angola Project. This role included Cost Tracking and Reporting as well as look ahead reporting for the Construction of Two Sub Sea units. Create and progress all Department Schedules using Primavera P6 scheduling software. I also assisted in Controls development to assure a timely finish at or below cost. I Worked with Trends that defined Project scope changes and increases to budget and end date. Worked with Management to develop, maintain, and utilize cost controls to improve productivity efficiency and estimating accuracy. Led efforts to implement a network Primavera P6 effort to Globally track, maintain and control Schlumberger Sub Sea Projects.
Also assisted with an Primavera P6 v7 Network installation and controls setup while at Schlumberger to assist their Planning / Scheduling and Controls with Innovative Management Services at Schlumberger Rosharon.
