Represented the developer/owner and managed the general contractor and site contractor for the construction of a 200 unit Springhill Suites and an adjacent 200 unit Fairfield Inn & Suites with a construction value of $31 million.
Coordinated all sitework activity for the project and for adjacent parcels for Busch Properties.
Monitored workmanship quality to ensure acceptance by Marriott brand standards and expectations.
Responsible for managing the construction budget including approving change orders, processing pay applications, and interfacing with bank auditors.
Completed the buyout of all owner provided items such as FF&E, satellite, telecom & A/V systems, POS and PMS systems.
Coordinated the installation of operational systems and integration of hotel opening procedures with hotel management. Managed contractor warranty program.

The project was successfully completed on February 22nd, 2008 and opened on April 3rd, 2008.
Implemented quality assurance program and monitored strict adherence to Westin quality standards which resulted in no deficiencies from the Westin Brand Standards inspection.
