Responsibilities, for the retainer based search firm (GMR), included recruiting IT professionals, technical skills evaluation, reference checks, resume preparation, client interface and management of the job placement process. Selling both recruiting and consulting services to client companies, including gathering specifications for both permanent positions and consulting projects. Special projects to include internet capture of personnel, company, industry data; data base development and maintenance.
Responsibilities for the IT Consulting firm (Artesient) included sourcing, interviewing and CV preparation of Senior Consulting professionals for client project deployment. Consulting with Operations management of major clients to improve department performance, documenting and training staff on new procedures and assisting in building performance matrix.
IT responsibilities, for GMR and Artesient, included hardware, internal server, network, desktop and application support for both headquarters and remote users. Software evaluation, acquisition, installation and maintenance for security, email and productivity applications for servers and desktops.
