Country Manager
In charge of strategic business planning to establish and operate this selling arm starting in 2004, marketing to Latin American clients. Defined company structure, created business model, set policies and procedures, and hired sales, engineering, and administrative staff. Served as main contact with key customers, and provided technical knowledge to resolve quality and process issues within Latin America and the U.S. Instituted manufacturing operations in the facility. Held brand stewardship accountability to increase market share and brand recognition.
Expanded sales every year by 173%, 61%, and 18% from under $500K in 1st year to almost $2M by end of 2007, with a 10% growth over 2007 results from 1/08 through 10/08.

Corporate Accounts Manager / North America GE Account Manager
Retained after purchase of LILLY INDUSTRIES in 2000 based on consistently exceeding goals and expectations in sales roles with LILLY. Placed in charge of Customer Services and Negotiations to support GE North America accounts in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Directed the Sales & Service team for Mexico Corporate customers, and handled contract negotiations for corporate accounts in Mexico and for GE in the U.S. and Canada, including John Deere and Caterpillar.
Landed ~$2.5M contract in the U.S. with GE North America in 2001.
