Strengths - Over 20 years experience and know how as a lead engineer applying System Safety/System Safety Management, System Engineering, Risk Management, and System Test skills. Provided technical information suggestions for inclusion in MIL-STD-882C, MIL-882D, MIL-STD-882E and other related military standard documents. Developed, prepared and issued (Raytheon) explosive training manual, and developed a two day training class. Provided technical and engineering support for RMA Analyses on Industrial Shipboard Computers to the US Navy. Provided engineering and test-management support to the company management in the Development and Testing Engineering Center at the Maynard Facility. Developed an On-going Reliability Testing procedure and standard for computer testing on all relevant aspects of the design, operation, maintenance, and repair of the industrial computer systems. Unit under test data to determine the suitability of various test regimens and associated data-acquisition practices to assure such were properly tested (e.g., reliability, operability, maintainability, quality, compatibility, supportability).

Performed systems engineering and provided T&E support for Joint Program Office (JPO) at Hanscom, AFB, Bedford, Mass. for the USAF on advanced flying electronic platform and ground station for the JTIDS Program, AWACS Program, E4B Boeing 747, F15, F-16 aircraft systems and Special Electronics Program and their associated support systems including communications systems, aviation systems, weapons systems, and support systems.

Participated with the JPO in the review and evaluations of system equipment at various installations and sites around the USA with the JPO. Developed, reviewed, and utilized various test plans and regimens to assure the proper and complete testing of those systems; as warranted, helped develop and refine the testing methodologies to assure testing of the desired parameters (e.g., electrical, electro-mechanical, electronic, mechanical, optical, hydraulic, pneumatic).

Assured the JPO that necessary and sufficient data were acquired, reduced, analyzed, and stored to permit proper and complete evaluation of the test articles. For each specific test item, developed a comprehensive testing regimen (e.g., test plans and procedures; data acquisition) to assure that subsequent testing was performed appropriately. Prepared interim and final reports encompassing items so tested; assured that the reports and supporting documentation (test data, multimedia records) were maintained to provide desired accountability and traceability of those tests performed.

Performed Reliability/Maintainability/Availability and System Safety on electronics, electro-mechanical equipment, engines.
