In the last ten years, I’ve led one IT/professional service firms to achieve 200% annual growth, another to increase revenues by $9M and a third, to double in size to $35M in sales. Could this type of leadership and experience help your company reach its growth targets?

My skills include developing highly-productive sales and marketing plans, turning around underperforming business development teams and managing to exceed annual sales targets, despite obstacles. I’ve been described as a strong leader with first-rate business instincts and well-developed communication skills.

At Dynamic Systems Technology, I took over a lackluster sales unit in 2007 and developed a new strategic sales & marketing plan that produced results quickly. Over the next three years, we booked 600% growth, taking the firm to $25M annual sales and winning a spot on Inc’s Fastest Growing Private Companies List.

For Quality Software Services, I brought an innovative marketing plan to help the company grow its Fed Gov and DoD contracts from $2.3M to $12M in three years. By the fifth year, my business development team had produced a run rate of $18M.

While with Trantech, another IT service firm, I played a key role in leading the operation from $18M to $35M in annual sales. My earlier years were spent with NRECA, the rural electric cooperative, giant Computer Sciences Corp., TRW and ManTech.

My education includes a BS degree in Business from George Mason University with graduate-level coursework in law, business and systems engineering. I am also PMP, Six Sigma, ISO, CMM/CMMI and ITIL-trained.
