The North Eastern Dentistry, Client has multiple Dental clinics in U.S. at different locations.

Every clinic has a laboratory for X-ray’s of patient and payments. We are building a cloud application for lab case. Once the patient got treatment then all the X-rays, reports, invoice, checks, and payments send to lab. In the Lab Generally check the X-rays, reports and what products are used to the patient and how much has to charge for each and every product.

It’s a cloud application, one Organization contains multiple locations and one location contains multiple users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Interaction with the clients to get the requirement and translating business requirements to technical specifications, created/maintained/modified data base design document with detailed description of logical entities and physical tables.

Involved in understanding the relationship and cardinality between the tables.

i.e. (one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-one, many-to-many).

Created different types of tables as per client requirement i.e. Master tables, Detail tables and intersection tables.

Generated ER-Model using ERVIN and wrote the database scripts including table design and constraints.

Meddent is an application contains all functional areas required for complete automation of Hospital. This application handles the patient registration and the services provided by Hospital. Complete Management of central Store and information status for user as well as for Administration. This helps hospital in budget for next yearly work.

Patient Registration module handles both inpatient and Outpatient registration. Doctor module helps doctors to generate prescription for Out patient and Treatment plan module helps to treatment plan for patients by doctors. Store module helps in generating Purchase Request (Purchase Order) and generates goods receive note after getting the medicine from respective vendor. Finance module helps generating bill for in patient on basis of which patient gets release form the hospital.
